the meshnode 3G
is a professional outdoor mesh access point not only equipped with a radio module (802.11 a/b/g/n) with a respective maximum transmit power of 600 mW but also furnished with a 3G / HSPA module.
worldwide data communication under most adverse conditions
the meshnode 3G provides internet access via WiFi where conventional computer equipment ceases to operate safely. No matter whether in SAR scenarios where rescue forces need to connect their communication equipment with the operations centre in a short time or whether measured data needs to be transferred to surveillance servers in dirt polluted tunneling sites - the meshnode is resilient to all kinds of environmental influences like all the other saxnet products and enables stable wireless communication
extremely ruggedized and yet easy-to-use
as the casing meets the requirements of IP 67 it can even be submerged to water, thus making the device suitable for offshore applications. Yet in the hard shell there’s a “soft” core embedded. Thanks to a software-wizard you ideally will only have to enter a few pieces of information once to be online instantly. When integrated into an network of meshnodes, the meshnode provides internet access to all devices connected to the mesh network.
